As part of the Leadership Study, participants will engage in one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions twice a month. Each session lasts 30 minutes and takes place every other week over a three-month period.

Somatic-led coaching and traditional coaching methods share many similarities, with both focusing on mindsets and goal achievement. However, somatic-led coaching stands out by adding a holistic, body-centered approach to the process. It integrates physical awareness, emotions, and nervous system regulation within the 3N Model—Notice, Name, Navigate—while still emphasizing mindset shifts and goal attainment.
